These classes are dedicated to providing exceptional fitness services to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. We offer inclusive, science-based fitness and wellness classes designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking to build confidence in your movement, our classes focus on balance, strength, and real-life function. Classes are designed for all bodies and abilities, with options and modifications available for both seated and standing participants. My mission is to provide accessible, education-based fitness and movement training for individuals of all abilities, empowering people to build strength, improve balance, and move confidently in everyday life. Meet the Owner

Hi, I'm Pauline!

I am a Student of Physical Therapy, graduating May 2026, and personal trainer with a lifelong passion for movement and strength training. I’ve been lifting weights for over 15 years and have experience ranging from Olympic lifting to general fitness and conditioning.

My training philosophy centers on education and understanding the “why” behind every movement. I believe that when people understand why they are doing something, fitness becomes more meaningful, sustainable, and empowering.

I am especially passionate about balance training for all ages, not just older adults. Strength and balance go hand in hand, and when developed early, they help prepare us for life’s unpredictability. If we are lucky enough to age, my goal is to help people do so with confidence, independence, and strength.

I specialize in working with older adults to improve safety, confidence, and independence in everyday movement. I also have a strong background in neurological rehabilitation, with experience working with Parkinson’s disease through adaptive rock climbing programs.

My foundation in sports, including soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, and rock climbing, has shaped my belief that movement should be both functional and enjoyable. I love helping people feel strong and capable at any stage of life.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors in the sun, gardening, or spending time with my husband and our 4 fur babies.
