How Classes Work
Classes are hosted at various locations in Mendocino and (soon) Fort Bragg (see the Contact page to learn more). Private sessions and small group classes can also be scheduled at your home
• All classes must be booked at least 2 hours in advance
• Drop-in spots are limited and only available for select classes and times

All other classes require advance booking to ensure availability.
