My approach prioritizes education, helping you understand your body and build sustainable habits that carry into your daily life.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund for single class purchases. For class packages, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to avoid losing a class credit. Cancellations made after these timeframes will not be refunded or credited. No-shows will be charged in full or will forfeit a class credit. In the event of an emergency, please reach out directly.
